Salute e igiene. Igiene non solo esterna ma anche interna, sia nel corpo che nella mente. Lo <a href=\"https:\/\/eventiyoga.it\/blog\/salute-e-benessere\/\">yoga e il benessere per aumentare la nostra salute interiore<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come facciamo a ripulire il nostro corpo internamente, cos\u00ec che riesca a depurarsi e a mantenersi sano? Lo yoga ci insegna tanto, da questo punto di vista. Intanto, le varie tecniche di shatkarma,&nbsp; pulizia interiore (<em>una l&#8217;avete potuta vedere in uno dei miei video<\/em>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre a queste possiamo utilizzare nella nostra pratica giornaliera molti <strong>Asana di torsione<\/strong>. Gli Asana di torsione servono, con il meccanismo che attivano direttamente sul corpo, a ripulire gli organi interni e a riportarli in sede. Diciamo che funzionano come se prendessi un tubo vecchio e incrostato e iniziassimo a torcerlo e strizzarlo. Le incrostazioni verrebbero via facilmente. Ecco, le torsioni agiscono sul nostro corpo nello stesso modo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecco qui una sequenza che potrete fare per ripulire internamente il vostro corpo e facilitarne il buon funzionamento, anche da un punto di vista immunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sequenza-yoga-per-il-detox-e-la-salute-degli-organi-interni\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sequenza_yoga_per_il_detox_e_la_salute_degli_organi_interni\"><\/span>Sequenza yoga per il detox e la salute degli organi interni<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima di tutto un breve riscaldamento. <br>Per non farsi male nelle torsioni \u00e8 importantissimo riscaldare prima il corpo e sopratutto ricordare che prima di ruotare dobbiamo allungare. In ogni inspirazione ci allungheremo verso l&#8217;alto e in ogni espirazione entreremo in torsione. Questo \u00e8 importantissimo per evitare <a href=\"https:\/\/eventiyoga.it\/blog\/esercizi-yoga-per-la-schiena\/\">dolori e problemi alla schiena<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote
