Kundalini Yoga e bagno di Gong
In questo luogo dove la Natura riesce ancora a far sentire con forza la sua voce, faremo Kundalini Yoga e grazie alla potenza e la grazia del Gong, amplificheremo questa esperienza fino a (ri)scoprire che nel mare c’è il nostro cuore e che il nostro cuore è nel mare.

Kundalini Yoga and Gong bath
In this place where Nature still manages to make its voice strongly felt, we will do Kundalini Yoga and thanks to the power and grace of Gong, we will amplify this experience to (re) discover that in the sea there is our heart and that our heart is in the sea.
