This retreat is ideal to indulge in yoga and meditation without compromising on your holiday time during Christmas. The morning yoga and meditation will restore your energy and prepare you to benefit at the best of this holiday dream location. The ocean and the endless beach, colorful markets, lively villages will donate you a new and memorable experience every day.
What you will practice
This is a mild retreat which includes the practice of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
Hatha Yoga: a gentle morning flow to wake up the entire body by the activation of the muscles along with the use of appropriate breathing techniques.
Yin Yoga: a passive practice to deeply stimulate the connective tissues and internal organs. At the end of the session mind and body will be merged into stillness.
Yin Yoga: a passive and slow practice to deeply stimulate the connective tissues and internal organs. It softens and realigns the whole body, and it alleviates all sort of physical discomforts. A feeling of calmness and relaxation will conquer the body and mind at the end of the practice.
Yoga Nidra: a guided relaxation to promote calmness, emotional release and to improve body awareness and quality of the sleep.
Meditation: any type of meditation could represent a valuable tool to gain relaxation of body and mind. We will explore different techniques according to the level of the group.

Diet
We serve a rich healthy breakfast, followed by two fresh delicious vegetarian meals. Filtered water, tea and coffee are always available to our guests.
The Team
The retreat will be held by one or more members of our team of proficient and caring teachers.
Free time
Our location will allow you to fully enjoy the beach at any time of the day and the night, enjoying astonishing sunrise and sunset. You can walk by the seashore till the nearby towns for colourful shops, live music, clubs, cafes and restaurants. For those who seek a quieter and more natural spot there is a beautiful sweet lake at walking distance. And do not miss anything we offer the excursion to the popular Arpora local night market.
