Location

Formentera is the smallest and most tranquil of the Spanish Balearic Islands, just south of the famous Ibiza. Only 83 square kilometers with rocky coastline and long, white sandy beaches. Due to the lack of coastal building and pro-active marine/coastal preservation, the islands waters are some of the clearest of the Balearic Sea. There are no airports and no crowds, offering a tranquil place to unwind and reconnect to nature and self. The islands energy is relaxed and refreshingly free in spirit. There is chic shopping, white washed villages, lighthouses, countless places to find privacy on the beach or a rocky cove, music, and excellent cuisine.

CASA MADRIGAL

A peaceful, minimalist modern designed home just 150 meters from one the most beautiful and secluded coves on the island, Cala en Bastar. Situated among a large grove of mediterranean pine trees offers a welcomed calm for the island wind. The grove delights the senses with pine perfumes, cicadas, wind and the sound of the ocean always present in the air.

The house offers 4 double bedrooms with single beds (8 people), 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, large living room and kitchen. There are 2 terraces and one covered roof terrace that is perfect for yoga and sunset drinks. Plenty of space to find your little slice of heaven and privacy. Daily schedule

NOTE

Approximately 2.5-4.5 hrs of yoga practice each day. Below is only an example. The structure will vary slightly each day. A longer practice in the morning will allow for less structure, more freedom and tranquility throughout the day. The idea is to let go of agendas and enjoy the natural flow and rhythm the island encourages.
