Sailing and Yoga Tour in Italy

Yoga Sailing Holidays provides a yoga-sailing experience, combining the best of a relaxing sailing holiday as you hop from island to island and add daily morning meditation and yoga sessions in unique, beautiful locations around Italy. You don’t need to be a sailor to enjoy the sunshine and clear blue water as you leisurely sail to a new island location daily.

Very good yoga teaching. I was the only “yogi” from the guests, so having a private instructor the whole week was quite an positive opportunity. Big compliments for the instructor. She is really good and lovely. Would love to have lessons again from her. Very good crew on board, compliment for Geoff and Rosie! Combination of sailing and yoga is really wonderfull!
