Join us for 3 days of yoga transformation, mindful hikes, meditation and sound. The intention of this retreat is to invite deeper purpose in our lives and honor the sacred within and without, through shared experience and intentional expansion.

10:00 – 12.00 Opening circle to share intentions, vinyasa yoga practice and meditation
Lunch & Relax in the pool
17.00 – 19.00 evening yoga for restoration, to ease muscles, reset the mind, and deepen our intention for the practice of life.
20:00 Dinner in a local restaurant with lake view
7.00 -9.00 Morning ritual: yoga practice, pranayama, meditation
10:00 – 17:00 Mindful hiking and meditation in Montebaldo with the best lake views. Lunch with a view from the top.
18:00 – 19:00 Restorative yoga: focusing more on easing tensions in the body from life and hiking
20:00 Dinner at the retreat center

10:00 – 13:00 Go and flow tour: paddle boarding experience in the charming Punta San Vigilio, a true gem of lake Garda. You will enjoy a short and easy sup yoga class to relax and connect with the water element.

Agriturismo Val is located in Castion Veronese, in the marvelous hinterland between olive trees and vineyards of Lake Garda. It is a historic house that has been restored with care and in every detail to pass on the family’s history. It is immersed in nature, surrounded by the woods for a holiday in total relaxation.

Nerissa will guide you on mindful hiking and Sup experience.
She is a passionate tour leader with a gypsy soul; she teaches yoga, mindfulness, and paddle boarding. As a lover of slow tourism and hidden gems, she is specialized in mindful experiences and retreats in Italy and over the world, combining yoga with other outdoor activities! The intention is to move with awareness, one breath at a time, paying attention to the world within & without.
He has been teaching Yoga, meditation and massage for the better part of his life on this planet. He has taught internationally for over 10 years throughout Europe and India.
