I am certified yoga teacher in Nepal, I’ve been teaching yoga since 2020 and got my first certification of 200h hatha yoga online Mysore nirvana India , then I tried to deepen my knowledge and take my 500h multi-style in Nepal 2024. I studied Archeology and art so my method of teaching is also an combination of both.
