La proprietà si trova in residenza privata: comprende anche una piscina condominiale esterna (ACCESSO REGOLAMENTATO) e campi da tennis.
La struttura è per NON fumatori.
Essendo insegnante di YOGA, su richiesta, vengono impartite lezioni di yoga anche in francese ed in inglese!
Ambienti e condizionatore SANIFICATI.
La struttura NON è adatta a portatori di handicap motori.
